With impressive new features that only add to each vehicle’s legendary off-road capability, unsurpassed fuel economy and classic comfort, the 2011 Jeep Patriot and 2011 Jeep Compass are highlights of the lineup here at the leading Seattle Jeep dealer, Jeep of Kirkland.
The Jeep Patriot has always represented classic Jeep looks of quality and capability. For 2011, several new features make the Patriot an absolute must-see.
The Patriot’s exterior is upgraded in the 2011 model to include new front and rear fascias, a body-colored grille and an increased 4×4 ride height. Jeep’s signature seven-slot grille has received an upgrade with a new rugged mesh texture. The front fascia is completed by a robust bumper and round headlamps. The rear fascia now extends lower than on previous models and features a chrome-tipped exhaust on the Latitude X model.
A refined and upgraded steering and suspension system delivers a smoother ride and better handling in the 2011 Jeep Patriot for Seattle Jeep drivers. Better yet, despite the numerous upgrades in capability, the 2011 Patriot still boasts unsurpassed 4×4 fuel economy in its segment.
Inside the 2011 Jeep Patriot is refined, providing maximum comfort and quality for Seattle Jeep drivers. The front seats are made of premium cloth material, featuring a new center armrest as well. Controls have been added to the Patriot’s steering wheel, making it just as convenient as it is comfortable.
While it features an impressive list of new features, the 2011 Jeep Compass maintains the amazing fuel economy that previous Compass models are known for, while also maintaining the classic off-road Jeep capability that Seattle Jeep drivers have come to expect from Jeep vehicles.
The Compass and Latitude models are built with a standard 2.0-liter World Engine that provides 158 horsepower and 141 lb.-ft. of torque coupled with the continuously variable transmission (CVT2). Even better, when paired with the five-speed manual transmission, the 2011 Jeep Compass delivers 23 city miles per gallon and 29 highway miles per gallon – fuel economy that is unsurpassed in the compact SUV segment.
Like the 2011 Patriot, the Compass also features a more refined interior, highlighted with new soft touch front-door trim panels with a padded upper surface and a new center armrest. The new Jeep steering wheel is built with integrated controls that allow Seattle Jeep drivers to operate the radio, cruise control, available hands free phone and other vehicle functions while keeping their hands on the wheel and their eyes on the road.
Safety is also a standard feature on the new 2011 Jeep Compass. Each vehicle is packed- side-curtain airbags, electronic stability control and electronic roll mitigation are standard, among other safety and security features. Hill-start Assist is available when drivers choose a manual transmission. Front-seat mounted side airbags are also available.

Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland, a top-rated Jeep dealer in Seattle, is proud to announce that the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee has been named “2011 Urban Truck of the Year” by Decisive Media and a “2011 Automotive Best Buy Award” by Consumers Digest and is waiting to be taken for a test drive.
“While faithfully capturing the spirit of its predecessor, the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee is new and improved in every way,” said Lyndon Bell, Editor-in-chief of Decisive Auto magazine.
The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee was redesigned and has features that make it one of the best vehicles available for adventurous off-roading, but also is a sensible, reliable everyday vehicle.
The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee is available in three trims levels: Laredo, Limited and Overland. All three trims are available in either four-wheel drive or rear-wheel drive. The Four-wheel drive model has three 4×4 driving system options, Quadra-Trac I, Quadra-Trac II and Quadra-Drive II. The Quadra-Trac II and Quadra-Drive II have a standard Selec-Terrain system, which allows the driver to choose the best option for their off-road or on-road driving needs. Seattle Jeep drivers can select from five terrain modes: automatic, sand/mud, sport, snow and rock.
The 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee still has the same V8 Hemi engine, but also added an all-new V6 Penastar engine. The V6 Penastar engine sports a 10 percent increase in fuel economy on the highway. Seattle Jeep drivers can now enjoy 16 mpg city and 23 mpg highway with the V6 Penastar engine and 14 mpg city and 20 mpg highway with the ultra-powerful V8 engine.
Seattle Jeep drivers will enjoy an all-new luxurious inside in the 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Customers will not believe that they are in an off-road vehicle when inside this powerful SUV. Elements of luxury include leather seats, a panoramic sunroof overhead, ambient lighting and wood paneling, heated front and back seats, and four more inches of knee room from the 2010 model.
Bell continues about the new improvements of the award-winning Jeep Grand Cherokee. “The Jeep’s over-the-road dynamics easily rivals that of its competitors’ less capable crossover vehicles. Meanwhile, the Jeep is also perfectly proficient at traversing any terrain. Luxurious interior appointments, along with the fact that drivers aren’t penalized into accepting a lower trim level if they opt for the more fuel-efficient engine, speaks volumes to the way Jeep’s engineers and product planners incorporated 21st century realities into America’s most iconic SUV.”
