2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee Ready for Seattle Fans this Summer

Rairdon Auto Group, with four Jeep dealerships convenient to Seattle shoppers, announced that the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 will arrive at their Bellingham, Kirkland, Smokey Point and Monroe dealerships this summer.

The all-new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 is Jeep’s most powerful and technologically advanced SUV yet. Its impressive new features combine with Jeep’s legendary capability to deliver renowned performance to eager Seattle Jeep fans.

The head honchos at Jeep are calling it the ultimate performance SUV, and Seattle Jeep fans are sure to agree. The 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 has a lot to offer—most notably- capability, utility and power.

The 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 gets power from an all-new, 6.4-liter HEMI V-8. This engine features fuel saving technology that promises 465 horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. or torque, a powerful improvement over the last model.

Seattle Jeep Fans Protected From Rising Fuel Costs

The new Jeep SRT8 is a good weapon against rising fuel costs for Seattle Jeep fans. An active valve exhaust system allows for four-cylinder operation over a wider range. The result? A 13 percent increase in fuel efficiency on the highway and an extended range of 450 miles on one tank of gas.

The increase in efficiency does not mean a decrease in power or handling. The new 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee offers Jeep’s best handling ever, featuring a new SRT-tuned, adaptive damping suspension. The Jeep Selec-Track system works with several different programs (like stability and throttle control, among others) to tune the dynamics of the vehicle. Seattle Jeep drivers can now manually choose between five dynamic modes for specific driving conditions: Auto, sport, tow, track and snow.

The new 2012 Grand Cherokee SRT8 also features an outstanding new break system from Jeep—Bembo brakes with a four wheel anti-lock braking system, with a stopping distance performance of 116 feet from 60-0 mph.

The Rairdon Auto Group is excited to welcome the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee to their four WA Jeep dealerships serving the Seattle area. For more information on the Jeep’s arrival or to find the Rairdon Jeep dealership nearest you, call 866-548-1477.
